Diesel generator

Diesel generator refers to a small power generation equipment that uses diesel oil as fuel and rotates the crankshaft of the diesel engine to drive the generator to rotate and generate electricity. The generator can be a DC generator or an AC generator. The DC generator is mainly composed of a generator casing, a magnetic pole core, a magnetic field coil, an armature and a carbon brush.

There is residual magnetism in the magnetic pole core of the generator. When the diesel engine drives the generator armature to rotate, the armature coil cuts the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, current is generated and output through the carbon brush.

Since the cost of power generation is higher than that of the power grid, diesel generators are used for power generation in places where the power grid cannot reach, or for daily power generation and emergency power generation in various homes, offices, large, medium and small enterprises
